Windsor Mazda Honors Sienna Francis as Mazda Local Legend
Windsor Mazda proudly recognizes Sienna Francis, a local hero making a significant impact in the community. Sienna's commitment to continuing the legacy of Dr. Michelle Prince has earned her the title of Mazda Local Legend. Dr. Prince, the driving force behind the Comfort Care Tote Program, collaborated with Transition to Betterness, a non-profit that supports individuals and families affected by life-altering illnesses.
The Comfort Care Tote Program
The Comfort Care Tote Program, initiated in May 2018, provides comfort and essential items to chemotherapy patients, offering solace during their challenging cancer journey. Since Dr. Prince's passing in November 2018, Sienna Francis has passionately carried the torch, ensuring the program survives and thrives.
Sienna organized the inaugural Purple Rain Run in September, a testament to wellness, perseverance, and community spirit. The event raised awareness for the Comfort Care Tote Program and generated an impressive $62,500 in less than a month. This generous contribution translates to 625 Comfort Care Tote Bags distributed to local cancer centers, including the new Erie Shores Cancer Center.
Thank You From The Windsor Mazda Team!
Windsor Mazda extends its heartfelt appreciation to Sienna Francis for embodying the Mazda Local Legend spirit and making a meaningful difference for those facing life-altering illnesses. Sienna's dedication and the success of the Purple Rain Run exemplify the power of community and collective efforts in driving positive change.
